The Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders hosted their annual Swimsuit Fashion Show and Calendar Unveiling on Friday September 18th at Sun Life Stadium. This year marked the cheerleaders’ 20th swimsuit calendar. In celebration of this special anniversary, the women who graced the past 20 covers returned to walk down the runway one more time.
The show began with an introduction by ’03 and ‘05 cover girl, Pamela. Accompanying Pamela was ‘02 and ‘04 cover girl, Amber; ‘10 and ‘11 cover girl, Fabiola; and ‘06 cover girl, Tiffany. The ladies opened the show by sharing what it means to be part of the long line of covers and how it felt to return.
“I feel honored to be back and be part of the unveiling of the 2016 calendar cover. This is such a fun night for the team and for the alumni as well. It’s like a mini reunion for us.” –Fabiola
At the end of the show, each of the cover ladies from 1997 to 2015 walked down the runway to represent their year. To end the anticipation, the beautiful 2016 cover was revealed featuring cheerleaders, Monica (3rd year veteran), Jessica (4th year veteran) and Adrianna (2nd year veteran). After walking down the runway, they joined their cover girl family on stage.
